Contract (13 Weeks) | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit serving a diverse adult and geriatric population
• Utilize facility EHR systems including Meditech and PACS-NovaRad to document and manage patient information
• Operate GE equipment in accordance with unit protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered outcomes
• Adhere to all unit policies including dress code and infection control standards; no call requirements for this position

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Virginia or compact licensure eligibility
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of overall RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Rapid Response nursing role
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR platform
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
