Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting state or federal issued identification at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across various diagnoses
