Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings as a float therapist
• Deliver patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic interventions in accordance with facility protocols
• Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Maintain availability for holiday coverage — candidates must be available to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license or Compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at a different rate)
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays upfront
• All time-off requests and scheduling needs must be submitted at the time of candidacy — post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced or multi-site clinical environments
• Prior travel therapy assignment experience preferred
