Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours/week during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start, but permanent Maryland licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
