Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours expected during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including any facility-specific documentation processes outside of standard clearance requirements
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established plan of care and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start, but permanent Maryland state licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
