Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Ability to work mid shifts (15:00–03:30), every other weekend, and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous Emergency Department nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with triage and high-acuity patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
