Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed by physician orders
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging results
- Document procedures, patient information, and imaging results accurately in the medical record system
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and regulatory compliance standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT-N (Nuclear Medicine) certification required
- Active California state license required
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care nuclear medicine setting
- Familiarity with a variety of nuclear medicine imaging modalities and procedures
