Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, days vary, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Rotating schedule | Weekend, holiday, and on-call/standby requirements apply

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of MRI studies including cardiac, breast, and angiography imaging across a 3-scanner department (Siemens Aera 1.5T, Trio 3T, and Espree 1.5T)
• Manage an expected volume of approximately 35–40 scans per day
• Start IVs as required for applicable studies
• Operate within an EPIC and McKesson (transitioning to Merge) EMR/PACS environment
• Provide on-call/standby coverage as backup for overnight staff during PTO or unplanned absences
• Adhere to facility infection control policies, including prohibition of artificial nails in all patient care areas

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates currently employed full-time, part-time, or PRN at any facility associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity are not eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI equipment
• Familiarity with EPIC and/or McKesson PACS systems
• Experience performing cardiac and breast MRI studies
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced radiology environment
