Key Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations for skilled nursing facility residents
- Provide daily treatments as part of an active rehab team
- Complete discharge planning and documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain a productivity standard of 90%
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team focused on rehab-to-home outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Mexico
- Ability to begin assignment within 2–3 weeks
- Must be onsite and present in the building to receive expected hours
- Adherence to dress code requirements (black scrubs)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with high-volume rehab-to-home patient populations
- Experience managing evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges efficiently
