Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13–26 weeks), Full-Time, Onsite, Day Shift — No weekends. Schedule options may include 4x10, 4x9 plus 4, or 5x8; specific schedule discussed during phone screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to outpatient caseload with an expected volume of 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes using the Raintree EMR system
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Complete pre-assignment onboarding modules (approximately 3 hours total) prior to start of assignment
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including a 30-day cancellation notice requirement

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• Ability to meet expected weekly hours of 40 hours per week
• Willingness to complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules before the assignment begins

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Raintree EMR
• Comfort managing a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently
• Experience with varied scheduling formats including extended-hour shifts
