Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with a diverse outpatient patient population
- Strong documentation and communication skills
