Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a caseload consisting of approximately 80% orthopedic and 20% neurological patients
• Conduct evaluations on a 1:1 basis, with up to 3 evaluations scheduled per day
• Deliver follow-up treatments at a 2:1 therapist-to-patient ratio; high-acuity neurological patients are seen at a 1:1 ratio
• Manage a schedule of hour-long appointments, with all patients seen on the hour
• Adapt daily caseload based on patient mix, cancellations, and acuity levels, with expected patient volumes ranging from 8 to 16 patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to manage a structured, high-volume outpatient schedule independently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Experience working with neurological patient populations, including high-acuity cases
• Comfort with a fast-paced, fully booked schedule with varied patient acuity
