Key Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient populations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or multi-site therapy setting
- Experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Technicians
