Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Contract | Days | Every third weekend rotation | Holiday call rotation included

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
Perform scrub and/or circulating duties in the operating room as assigned
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Participate in every third weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
Participate in the holiday on-call rotation as required

Required Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Iowa or a compact state license
Operating Room clinical experience
Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in both scrub and circulating roles within a surgical setting
CNOR certification preferred
Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
