Contract | Days | 5x8s or 4x10s (indicate preferred schedule upon submission) | No weekends | No holiday rotation | 6-week assignment with potential to extend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a 20-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Perform inpatient evaluations and deliver hands-on therapy to assigned patients
• Manage an outpatient caseload in addition to inpatient duties
• Document patient care using Therapy Source EMR (transition to ReDoc anticipated)
• Collaborate with a team of full-time PTs and a PTA to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active Kansas state PT license or compact license eligibility
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including inpatient evaluations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Therapy Source or ReDoc EMR platforms
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads across inpatient and outpatient environments
