Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy care at the primary location and at outreach sites
Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on orthopedic conditions across a range of ages
Manage an expected caseload of approximately 8 patients per day
Document patient care using EPIC computerized charting
Collaborate with support staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedics experience required
Must be within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible for local placement consideration

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with outreach or multi-site clinic settings
Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
