Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Maintain clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
• Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill continuing education obligations
• Actively contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives and apply professional development to meet strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
• Experience in general orthopedic physical therapy
• Ability to complete documentation and ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
• Demonstrated commitment to patient and employee safety standards
• Strong professional and ethical conduct consistent with discipline-specific codes of conduct

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Vestibular rehabilitation experience or training
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinical setting
• Familiarity with functional quality indicators and outcomes-based documentation
