Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress and treatment notes using Meditech Expanse EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
NBCOT certification required
Demonstrated clinical competency in occupational therapy practice
Ability to work onsite during scheduled day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience with Meditech Expanse or similar EMR platforms
Experience working in a rural or critical access healthcare setting
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
