Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to adult patients across Montgomery County and surrounding areas, including Silver Spring and occasionally Frederick/Rockville
• Manage a caseload of approximately 6 patient visits per day
• Float within scope of practice as needed across assigned service areas
• Complete required orientation modules and annual compliance training through the designated platform (non-billable, averaging 4–6 hours)
• Maintain an active Maryland or Compact PT state license throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland PT state license or Compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS certification required — expiration date must be included at submission
• Minimum 1 year of experience in adult health care physical therapy
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Former employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 1 year prior to placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a high-volume adult outpatient or home health caseload
• Familiarity with the Montgomery County, MD service area
• Ability to adapt to varied patient settings and float within scope of practice
