Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, No Weekends | 8-Hour Shifts | Variable start time (7:30 AM or 8:00 AM) | Variable lunch (30 or 60 minutes) | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet departmental objectives while delivering individualized patient care
• Serve as co-leader within an interdisciplinary team approach to patient groups
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
• Experience working in an outpatient therapy setting
