Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to acutely ill patients who are moderately stable with an elevated risk for instability
- Perform advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions in a progressive care setting
- Apply advanced clinical knowledge and experience to influence and guide patient care outcomes
- Conduct and document assessments in compliance with unit and regulatory standards, including requirements for moderate complexity testing
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
- Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA) required
- AHA ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per College of American Pathologists moderate complexity testing standards)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous PCU, IMC, or stepdown unit nursing experience
- Basic EKG interpretation experience
