Key Responsibilities

Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
Perform scrub and/or circulating duties within the operating room environment
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Adhere to sterile technique and infection control protocols throughout all surgical procedures

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact state license
Current BLS certification required
Prior operating room nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in both scrub and circulating roles
Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced surgical environment
