Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Location

Muskogee, OK | Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Expected ~32 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
• Utilize Net Health EMR for billing and paper-based documentation for clinical charting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and discharge planning
• May be required to float to a nearby sister facility as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute or long-term acute care environment
• Willingness to float to an additional facility location if needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in an acute care or LTACH setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health EMR for therapy billing
• Experience working in a hospital with a smaller patient census and high-acuity population
