Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team in the provision and management of patient care
• Care for patients across orthopedic, urology, general surgery, oncology, and medical populations
• Administer drips including Heparin, PCA, and epidural; chemotherapy administration if certified
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Expected to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license
• Active BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or U.S. Military certificates also accepted)
• Active ACLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or U.S. Military certificates also accepted)
• Active NIHSS certification (may be obtained during onboarding)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical and/or Oncology experience
• Valid driver's license required; all candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• High-acuity care experience
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Chemotherapy administration certification
