Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Holiday Coverage Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level IV NICU setting, managing high-acuity neonatal patients
- Deliver care across day shifts with every other weekend availability and required holiday coverage
- Float to other departments within the facility and to a sister NICU unit, as well as to sister campuses within a 12-mile radius as needed
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the Epic EMR system
- Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including timely completion of onboarding documentation and passing of required facility assessments
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license — license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
- Level IV NICU experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Recent travel nursing experience required
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required (AHA only)
- Facility is a nicotine-free campus; candidates will be tested for cotinine/nicotine
- Candidates must submit any requested time off (RTO) dates at the time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN preferred, but not required
- NRP certification preferred
