Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals and functional independence
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
May be required to float to additional care locations within the local area

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Illinois
NBCOT certification required
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Flexibility to work across multiple care settings as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a similar care setting
Experience working in a float or multi-site capacity
Strong documentation and communication skills
