Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PET/CT)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET/CT studies, in an acute care hospital setting
• Float between sister facilities as operationally needed
• Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete all required compliance modules prior to and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active BLS certification required
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
• Valid California Nuclear Medicine license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience; first-time travelers accepted
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of candidate submission; post-submission RTO may not be accommodated
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rates; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PET/CT experience highly preferred
• CT Advanced certification preferred
• Prior experience charting in Epic
