Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, long-term care, and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients within the full scope of physical therapy practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Participate in holiday coverage as required by the facility schedule

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist state license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, and LTC/SNF settings required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Candidates who have previously worked at a Providence facility as permanent staff must have been separated for at least 3 months prior to starting as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple care settings within a single assignment
• Flexibility to accommodate block scheduling when needed
• Ability to commit to holiday coverage requirements as outlined by the facility
