Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
- Operate GE imaging equipment to acquire diagnostic-quality images
- Perform venipuncture as required for radiopharmaceutical administration
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately using Epic EMR and McKesson PACS
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and facility dress code requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience
- Valid New York State Radiologic Technology License
- ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification (either accepted)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Venipuncture experience required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR and McKesson PACS required
- Must have a personal vehicle — firm requirement
- Candidates residing in the following New York counties are not eligible for this assignment: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CT imaging experience is a plus
- Previous travel assignment experience strongly encouraged
- GE machine experience preferred
