Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in a busy rehabilitation setting
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume rehabilitation environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy setting
- Experience with a diverse patient population across varying diagnoses
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
