Contract | Travel | Night Shift | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Cardiac ICU at a 1:2 RN-to-patient ratio
• Operate and monitor cardiac monitoring systems, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, and Swan catheters
• Assist with and support procedures including intubations and central line placement
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including intensivists, neuro-intensivists, and trauma surgeons available 24/7
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Colorado
• Minimum 1 year of current ICU hospital experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neuro and medical ICU patient populations
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong focus on patient care
