Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: November 16, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications (primarily PO, some IV) and perform central line dressing changes, wound care, wet-to-dry dressing changes, and wound vac management
• Provide safe patient ambulation, toileting, catheter care, peri-care, and blood administration
• Perform neuro checks, stroke-rehabilitation cares, vital sign monitoring, blood sugar checks, and telemetry monitoring
• Deliver high-quality, accurate charting using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate closely with PT, OT, and speech therapy teams, flexing medication and care schedules to prioritize therapy sessions
• Respond appropriately to acute medical events within a Level 1 trauma center environment, working alongside rapid response and stroke teams

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Colorado
• Minimum 1 year of current Med/Surg or Rehabilitation RN experience
• Current BLS certification (required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in rehab nursing or orthopedic nursing
• Experience in neuro or trauma nursing
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and iMobile technology on iPhones
• Personable, positive, and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, therapy-focused environment
