Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week with the potential to work up to 40 hours; any overtime must receive director approval prior to being worked

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with clinical best practices
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oregon
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
