Contract | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 14-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Complete 6 weekend shifts within each 6-week scheduling period
• Work a fair share of assigned holidays as required
• Float to other Medical-Surgical units within the facility as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
• Experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to meet weekend shift commitments as outlined in the schedule
• Willingness to float to other Med-Surg units as operationally needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an acute care inpatient Medical-Surgical environment
• Familiarity with patient ratios of 1:5 and associated care demands
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills in a fast-paced unit setting
