Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, monitoring and managing critically ill patients
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
• Participate in weekend coverage as required by the unit schedule
• Complete pre-start orientation modules prior to the beginning of the assignment
• Expect to work some holidays in accordance with unit scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 2 supervisory references required
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 5 years before being eligible to return as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Comfort with floating to various units or affiliate facilities
• Ability to keep time-off requests to a minimum, particularly during the first two weeks of assignment and avoiding full calendar weeks off
