Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a dedicated outpatient clinic setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and treatment workflows
