Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit, including care for inpatient Oncology patients
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:5–6; will not be expected to exceed this ratio
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs as required
• Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling requirements
• Document patient care accurately using Paragon electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid Compact state license; pending licenses are not accepted
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
• RTO requests considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Medical Surgical and/or Oncology patient populations
• Familiarity with Paragon charting system
• Experience in a short-term acute care hospital setting
