Travel RN – Labor & Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting throughout the night shift
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to emergent and high-acuity obstetric situations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Experience managing high-risk obstetric patients
