Key Responsibilities

Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients
Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians
Provide general supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR
Operate within departmental policies and procedures regarding referral and standards of treatment under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership
Perform duties in a manner consistent with established mission, values, and service standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
BLS certification — American Heart Association (AHA) only
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1 through April 1; exemptions must be client approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience treating adult and geriatric patient populations
Experience with EPIC EMR
Patient-focused approach with strong team collaboration skills
