Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week with weekend rotations

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessment and triage of emergency patients across a wide range of medical conditions
• Provide trauma management and advanced life support interventions
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in IV access and other emergency clinical interventions
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Participate in weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Active WV RN license or valid Compact RN license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility; candidates between 75–100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
