Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and non-emergent conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid Compact state license
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (AHA required)
• BLS – Basic Life Support Certification, Healthcare Provider level (AHA required)
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (AHA required)
• Must reside at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
• CPI Blue (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
