Registered Nurse – Emergency Room / Swing Bed (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Deliver nursing care for swing bed patients in accordance with facility protocols and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or compact licensure eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a swing bed or transitional care environment
• Experience working in a critical access or rural hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
