Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13 Weeks | Expected 32–40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an adult, medically complex patient population including cardiopulmonary, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
• Treat common diagnoses such as respiratory failure, CHF, ESRD, and CVA in a long-term acute care setting
• Utilize facility equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, parallel bars, Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, and hover mat to support patient mobility and rehabilitation
• Document patient care accurately using Net Health and ProTouch EHR systems
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and demonstrate initiative and flexibility in a dynamic clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field (minimum)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in acute care settings, including management of cardiopulmonary conditions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with long-term acute care or medically complex patient populations
• Familiarity with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and neurological or orthopedic diagnoses
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable personality with a positive professional attitude
