Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (0645–1715) with call | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinically competent perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
• Support and assist with a variety of surgical specialties including ophthalmology, joint replacement, and urology cases
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification – American Heart Association required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association required
• Annual NIHSS certification required
• Prior operating room nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Demonstrated strength in ophthalmology surgeries, joint replacement, and/or urology procedures
• Ability to adapt to varying surgical specialties and fast-paced OR environments
