Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — PTAs will not be considered for this role
• Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
• First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in an orthopedic setting
• Familiarity with high-volume clinic workflows including double-booking practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team engagement
