Travel MRI Technologist – Diagnostic Radiology

Myrtle Beach, SC | Outpatient Radiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine MRI and MRA exams including Body Imaging, MSK Imaging, and Neuro Imaging
• Administer contrast injections and perform IV access as required
• Operate a Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI system, maintaining expected patient throughput of approximately 1 patient every 45 minutes
• Document patient information and imaging data using Meditech, GE PACS, and Intelerad systems
• Collaborate with a small team consisting of one clerical staff member and one MRI technologist in an outpatient setting with occasional ER add-on cases
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (grey scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• ARRT MRI Registry certification required
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum of 2–3 years of MRI technologist experience
• IV training and demonstrated ability to perform contrast injections
• Proficiency with MRI documentation and PACS systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI equipment
• Familiarity with Meditech, GE PACS, and/or Intelerad platforms
• Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory imaging environment
• Comfort working in a small, self-sufficient team setting
