Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Chart and document patient information using EPIC
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective perioperative care
• Float to sister facilities nearby as needed based on assignment requirements
• Complete required modules prior to start and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler; locals may be considered under separate terms

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume acute care OR environment
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
• Experience with perioperative workflows and surgical team collaboration
