Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | 7:00–17:00 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in the PACU setting, maintaining expected patient ratios of 1:2
• Deliver Pre-Op, PACU, and Phase II care across the perioperative continuum
• Administer and manage IV therapy with proficiency
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float between units as needed to support staffing across the facility
• Participate in holiday coverage, with an expectation to work 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of PACU experience required
• Pre-Op, PACU, and Phase II care experience required
• Proficient IV skills required
• Block scheduling commitment required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at an adjusted rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience charting in Epic
• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with perioperative workflows across multiple care phases
