Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly if starting on a compact license
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient environment
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and systems
