Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by the clinic
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care within an outpatient clinic setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — PTAs will not be considered for this role
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (not a Physical Therapist Assistant)
• Prior clinical experience required — new graduates will not be considered
• Ability to meet productivity and patient volume expectations in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience with orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with high-volume clinic workflows, including double-booking practices
